WEBSITE INFORMATION
Privacy notice
How we handle information you share with One Logic through this website.
One Logic Solutions Ltd., operating as One Logic, is responsible for information collected through onelogic.ca. This notice covers website inquiries and use of the website. Information handled during a client engagement is governed by the applicable agreement and privacy requirements.
Information you provide
Our inquiry form collects your name, work email, company and the message you choose to provide. A phone number is optional. If you arrive from a business-priority, product or technical page, or select an engagement, that context and the form language may also accompany your inquiry.
How we use it
We use this information to review and respond to your inquiry, understand your business priority, determine how One Logic may be able to help, maintain necessary business records and protect the website from misuse. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
What not to submit
Please share only what is needed to begin a business conversation. Do not submit passwords, credentials, personal financial or health information, confidential client or employee data, or sensitive operational records through the public form. If further information is needed, we can agree on an appropriate way to share it.
Website operation and analytics
Hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times to operate and protect the website. The inquiry form also uses a protected identifier derived from your IP address and submission times to limit repeated requests.
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand website visits, useful pages and actions such as starting an inquiry, successfully sending an inquiry, or selecting an email or telephone link. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes technical and usage information, including browser and device information, visited pages and approximate location. We do not send the name, email address, phone number, company or message entered in the inquiry form to Google Analytics.
Analytics is optional and remains off until you choose “Allow analytics.” Choosing “Decline analytics” does not affect your ability to use the website or contact us. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. You can change it through “Analytics preferences” in the footer; withdrawing permission stops subsequent analytics collection and removes this website’s Google Analytics cookies. It does not remove data already collected.
We do not use this tag for personalized advertising or Google signals. Google may process analytics information outside Canada. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate hosting, email, website security and optional analytics, and by One Logic personnel who need it to respond to your inquiry or administer the business. We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law.
You can ask about the service providers and processing locations relevant to your inquiry by emailing contact@onelogic.ca or using our contact form. Links to other websites are subject to those websites’ own privacy notices.
Retention
We retain inquiry information and related correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the resulting business relationship, maintain legitimate business records and meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed for these purposes is deleted or made anonymous.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted, or withdraw consent to further use, subject to applicable legal and record-retention requirements. Withdrawing consent may limit our ability to respond or provide a requested service.
To make a request, ask a question or raise a privacy concern, email contact@onelogic.ca or use the One Logic contact form and begin your message with “Privacy request.” Include enough information for us to identify the relevant inquiry, but do not send identification documents or sensitive information through the public form. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use or disclosure. No public website, internet transmission or email service can be guaranteed completely secure.
